On a recent visit to "Ports of Call" San Pedro, California I was reminded of how similar coastal communities are to one another. The thing that ties them all together is seafood. Living in Biloxi, Mississippi for six years I was pleasantly surprised at how cajun and Pacific Rim cuisine had so much in common. It certainly aided me in running the most popular casino buffet on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
