Making a rice bowl is extremely easy and adds a nice touch to your plating technique. It only takes an open edge bowl and magic happens. Your plates will have a sharpe restaurant appearance.
I used a 3 ounce Dipping Bowl for this mold. First pour a very small amount of oil in the bowl. With a paper towel spread the oil to cover the entire inside of the bowl. Scoop your freshly made steamed white rice until filled just over the rim. Turn over and press down against the plate
