It's a come as you are affair for this sandwich. Not a whole lot needs explaining some assembly required. A Dagwood lovers dream. Keep it simple and stack it high. For best results remember to cut the chicken breast on the bias. A bias cut starts on the small end of the face up chicken breast at a 45 degree angle. Make the slices 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick and work your way down the breast. The bias cut really allows you to fan out the chicken along the length of the roll.
Start with the bottom slice of the Cheezzy Parmesan Bread. Keep it simple first layer of sliced Red Onions, second layer of sliced large Tomato, third layer of Herbed Chicken Knocker cut on the bias and the final layer of California grown Haas Avocado.
