AKA Lip Smack'N Spicy Mango Prawns. I'm loving these Starport Foods sauces. It's my humble honor to be working with David and Cheryl Tsang again. For those of you who are unfamiliar with David and Cheryl they are the original creators of House of Tsang sauces.
Make a romantic dinner for two or family dinner for three. Your turn to invite the neighbors for dinner this satisfying seafood dish covers all the bases. Serve with rice or on its own the shrimp and mango will steel the show. The sauce kills forget about it so enjoy!
12 ounces raw peeled and deveined with tail on 26/30 Count Shrimp
6 ounces large diced fresh Mango
1 each martini glass (4 ounces) Starport Foods Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 each shot glass (2 ounces) Starport Foods Spicy Orange Sauce
1 each shot glass (2 ounces) Starport Foods Spicy Mango Creole
1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 each medallion cut large Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 each medallion cut large Red Bell Pepper
1/4 each medallion cut large Red Onion
1 each medium Lime
2 each tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
Wash hands with medium hot water and soap. Preheat a large skillet on medium high heat 30 seconds. In the skillet add 1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil and coat the entire surface. Lay 12 ounce (approximately 20 each shrimp) raw peeled and deveined 26/30 Count Shrimp in pan generally facing the same direction. 26/30 Count Shrimp refers to the approximate quantity of the same sized shrimp in one pound, Cut medium Lime in half and squeeze both halves on shrimp. Let shrimp cook on each side approximately 1 minute. Add 1/2 each medallion cut large Yellow Bell Peppers and Red Bell Peppers along with 1/4 each medallion cut large Red Onion. Stir frequently for 2 minutes until contents is mixed well. Premix Sweet & Spicy Sauce and add to skillet (4 ounces Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Sauce, 2 ounces Spicy Orange Sauce and 2 ounces Spicy Mango Creole) and immediately stir sauce with shrimp, bell pepper and red onions until well coated. Allow to cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add 6 ounces large diced fresh Mango and stir to coat and mix. Allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring frequently. Turn off heat and add 2 each tablespoons chopped Cilantro stir to blend,

By the time you laid down all the shrimp it'll be time to start turning but don't forget to squeeze that lime. This dish really cooks fast so stay on top of it. Keep stirring throughout each step you want to cook the products evenly.
Start to finish the Sweet & Spicy Mango Shrimp works well with time. 15 minutes to prep. 10 minutes to cook. 5 minutes to eat. Hey slow down there savoy the colorful bounty its not going to last.
