A peaceful collaboration of colorful vegetables, black beans and seasoning that prove no man is an island. I love making variations of this dish to the delight of my non Carnivore brethren. The Jamaican Jerk Sauce gives this a light yet distinctive flavor profile.

2 each 15 ounce cans Bush's Best Black Beans
2 each ounces Starport Foods Jamaican Jerk Sauce
1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 each diced Roma Tomatoes
1/4 each diced large Red Onion
1/4 each diced large Brown Onion
2 each seeded finely diced Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 each diced Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 each cup chopped fresh Cilantro
1/2 each teaspoon McCormick Ground Cumin
1/2 each teaspoon McCormick Oregano Leaves
1/4 each teaspoon McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/4 each teaspoon Morton Kosher Salt
1/8 each teaspoon McCormick Cayenne
3 each wedges Limes
Wash your hands with medium hot water and soap. Open 2 each 15 ounces cans Bush's Best Black Beans pour into calendar and rinse with light pressure cold water. Set calendar with beans aside to drain. Use a large skillet on medium high heat. Add 1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil allow to heat for 20 seconds. Add 1/4 each diced Red Onion, 1/4 each diced Brown Onion, 1/2 each Yellow Bell Pepper and 2 each seeded finely diced Jalapeno Peppers. Cook peppers and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add spice mix (1/2 each teaspoons McCormick Ground Cumin and McCormick Oregano Leaves, 1/4 each teaspoons McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Morton Kosher Salt, and 1/8 each teaspoon McCormick Cayenne. Squeeze 3 each Lime wedges to contents and stir to blend. Allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add rinsed Bush's Best Black Beans and 1 each shot glass (2 ounces) Starport Foods Jamaican Jerk Sauce and stir to blend. Allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 each diced Roma Tomatoes and 1/2 each cup chopped fresh Cilantro and stir contents until blended and take off heat.
Make sure when you rinse use light water pressure. The purpose is to rinse out the liquid in the can. High water pressure will crack and break the beans.

I added some slices of Alligator Pear (Avocado) to the plate right before I rolled it all in 12 inch flour tortilla. Along with my Talking Tequila Salsa it made for a great wrap for two with leftovers to spare.
