AKA Chipotle B2Q Yummy Drummy's. Time to bench the wings and bring in the new starter. Drum Sticks have a greater meat yield and in must cases are now cheaper then traditional bird wings. A chicken without wings can still cross the road but take away the Yummy Drummy's and that bird ain't crossing anything.
Don't be satisfied by just crossing the road. Take a road less traveled and marvel in what you've been missing. A feel a little like a dealer and my product is Yummy Drummy's. My goal is to addict as many lucky folks as I can to make the switch. Be the Big Daddy at your next football party.

Stew roasting is a dummy proof method for precooking chicken. It assures the appropriate doneness while tenderizing to perfection.
Wow! What a beautiful dish and we haven't even cooked it yet. No wonder I call these bad boys Yummy Drummy's.
One of the points of pride I like to instill in others is try to make your food look good throughout the preparation process. Not only is it visually appealing but it also builds on the inspiration that cooking creates.
Having the proper pans and utensils is an important step in kitchen success. As a point of caution I always like to remind everyone to remove a covered pan containing scolding liquid from the oven very carefully.
Allow all the excess beer broth to drain off before adding to Deep Fryer. Liquid in a fryer is dangerous and can lead to splattering hot oil. Theres nothing wrong with steam roasting the chicken well before the frying process.
This generally takes 6 to 8 minutes to fry but your personal preference may choose to adjust the timing. I strongly suggest only cooking one layer at a time this allows for a better cooking time and will fry evenly.
Another great sauce from my dear friends at Starport Foods. There Chipotle BBQ Sauce is the absolute bomb. For this dish I thought I would accompany it with some hearty vegetables steamed broccoli and petite corn on the cob.
Once fried the Yummy Drummy's can be transferred to a stainless steel mixing bowl and tossed with the Starport Chipotle BBQ Sauce. 6 each fried drum sticks to 4 fluid ounces of sauce.
